I would like to join this team/challenge! I'm on here all day at work so this will give me something else to look at besides reading all of the blogs from the day a gazillion times lol.
My goals for June:
-30 min of intervals on the elliptical 5 days a week
-stability ball exercises 5 days a week
-stay as active as possible all the time!
-drink lots of water (of course)
-keep calories no higher than 1200
-PORTION CONTROL
-cut out excess alcohol (especially the beers!)
-hope to lose at least 8 lbs in June
