Not that I call myself a runner

I am still working on the first 3 miles

But, I remember when I started "running" I was able to run like 30 seconds or so and needed to walk. I remember being so proud when I could do my first full minute

Back then I would've never thought that I will ever be able to run longer then 1 minute.
Just give it time and keep walking and try running whenever you feel like it, it will get easier with time

Second for second and very soon the seconds will add up to minutes
