I am sooo excited: I did my firs 1 hour run yesterday. Yep, that's 1 hour running!!! I've also tried out the No More Troubled Spots finally. Loved it, though I feel the Shred is more comprehensive. But I found her personality is far, far better on the TS and Methabolism.

Wow, an hour of running!!!! That is amazing!!! I just barely crossed over into the running in minutes rather than seconds. You runners amaze me!!!! I think just adding running into my walking routine each day helped me get more weight off but i am still a bit heavy to really run too much. I am amazed at those of you who can run for over a minute straight!!!!
