Hey, as you know I'm taking a one week hiatus from exercise. I'm back on this Friday. Watch out - I'm getting ready for my marathons!!
June Goals:
RUN GOALS:
-Exercise time off ends on Friday June 6th
-2 5K's outside per week
-At least one 10K outside once a week
-Cross train with weights, yoga, pilates, kickboxing and step
Push-ups goal!
-To get back to 400 regular push-ups at least twice this mont
-Back to my push-ups at least once if not twice this month
1. MON. EXERCISE OFF DAY - 4TH DAY
2. TUES. EXERCISE OFF DAY - 5TH DAY
3. THURS. EXERCISE OFF DAY - 6TH DAY
4. 5K run outside, 250 regular push-ups and 1 hr. kickboxing
