June Goals:
RUN GOALS:
-Exercise time off ends on Friday June 6th
-2 5K's outside per week
-At least one 10K outside once a week
-Cross train with weights, yoga, pilates, kickboxing and step
Push-ups goal!
-To get back to 400 regular push-ups at least twice this month
-Back to my push-ups at least once if not twice this each week
