Hi there,
I hope I can be part of this group as well.
here is my plan for June
1. Cardio 90 minutes a day 6 days a week and if and only if I feel like it 7
2. find a better strength training DVD and use it 3 to 4 times a week. The one I am currently using not very challenging
3. Get to 2 mile run (3.2 miles by end of July)
4. work out morning and night either 13 mile bike ride or 6 mile walk/run
5. Journal my food and excercise
6. stay positive
7 drink as much water as I can ( trying for 64 but well I hate water so will be happy with 50)
8. Stay between 1200 and 1500 calories
