Since I got the fitness ball, push-ups are easier! They don't hurt my knees...
I have been doing 4 sets of 25 so I am at 100. I do them spread out over the day though.
I also don't think I have to touch my nose to the floor when I go down, right? lol that is what I have been doing...
I am joining this challenge to do proper push-ups and tone my upper body!
