Hi Everyone, I feel excited to tackle another month with this lovely group. I've lost another 5 lbs and am happy with my progress. I'm so ready to reach my goal and wear my shiny Christmas pants this year!
Goals
1. Work out 5 days a week
2. Stick to the diet plan
3. Lose 8lbs.

1. 100 squats. 60 push ups. 30m walk
