Re: Commit To Be Fit June
Good morning, everyone! And, yes, I want to stay commited to be fit in June!
My goals:
1) Do not injure myself!!!
2) Establish a 3 to 4 times a week running pattern, increase the distance on 1 run a week, do hills at least every other week
3) Try to start getting up earlier again to be able to add an extra weight session or two
4) Buy sexy lingerie for the cruise!!!
