New Shoes…..What type/Brand? I LOVE my Nike Shox, most comfortable I ever had! LOL, I know what you mean about the “Bands” I quit with them because of that reason!!
30 LBS, THAT IS GREAT!!!!! I hope I can at least make that!! Getting your little one involved is a wonderful idea!! My Daughter has been Walking since 8 months old and is NON STOP,lol!! Hopefully she will stay that way!! She is still too little for the parks yet and believe me she would try and play on the playground!! She thinks she is 5,haha!!
I do Walk the dog and stroll Katey 3 to 4 times a week to get her out of the house and “Bear” (our Chow) HATES walking, haha!! But he is a Good Sport and keeps going!! Katey goes to sleep half way into the walk!!
I don’t know many people here either, Most people are at work when I walk! I usually write in my Blogs what I do during the day/week!! It keeps me motivated!!!
