sure i will start walking on the treadmill wed. how many days do you want to do it. are we going to do it everyday. for a week at a time. or every other day. let me know how you girls want to do it ok.
food intake for today was....
1 pkg. hoodia to go drink mix
2 ser. today of honey b.b.q chicken wings
3 kiwiis
strawberries
1 slice carrot cake
1 small bowl of ice cream
no work out today....light headed and sick.
today my weigh in was....195.8
