Hi everyone and thanks to Gwen for telling me about this group! I'm here to let my positive self out. I spend so much time putting myself down of just being negative when it comes to my, how I look, my slow weight loss, etc. I'm trying to be more positive but it's a work in progress. I know I'm now doing the right things, eating within my points (I'm doing Weight Watchers--weigh in is on Saturdays--I'll let you know how I make out tomorrow) exercising 4-5 days at the gym (aerobics and weight resistance classes), but I still feel like I'm not losing quick enough! I know I didn't gain this extra weight over night but I still want it gone over night, why is that? lol

Also, I had a great dinner last night, seared red snapper, and roasted asparagus with balsamic browned butter, it was delicious and extremely low in calories and fat. I will post the recipes later when I get to work. Have a great day and I look forward to getting to know you all better and perhaps make some buddies!!
