hi girls

i know all of our skinny little girls are going to be running around here . i have notice i'm looseing in inches more than in weight.
i put on a pair of pants the other day to go to town and before i left the house i had to change because they were falling down. i should have pay it some attention earlier, when i went to the bathroom and just pull them down.without thinking. the thing was they button and swip up.
so i don't worry as much any more if the scale dont move. as long as the inches are coming off and my body is toneing up.

food intake today was.....
2 slices veg. fiber wheatbread
1/4 cup pimento cheese
double cheeseburger
small fries , ketchup
roasted chicken
seasones fries..ketchup
small sweet pot. pie
slice carrot cake i shared with my 4 dogs

i usually share all my food i take in with my 4 inside dogs. so i don't take in alot of my calories thanks to them.


exercise....

30 wall pushups
150 body shaper stepper
100 arm scissors
100 side twist
20 side bends
100 straight arm circles
100 each arm hanging circles
100 thigh toners
50 chicken flaps
20 leg lifts
did hula hoop some...still learning it lol
walk today @ big lots, roses, dollar tree
