Yeah! Here's to new month. I feel great and I lost 5lbs last month so I'm ready to continue. I did switch up my diet to more low carb/high fat and the last couple of days I have been tired (& pmsing) but I'm not giving up - just working to find a better dietary balance.

May Goals:
Work out 5 days a week
Be more active in the group
Stick to my eating plan
Lose 8lbs this month
