GOALS FOR MAY:
1. STAY STRONG - AND DON'T GIVE UP!
2. DRINK ENOUGH WATER!
3. TAKE VITAMINS DAILY!
4. FOLLOW JILLIANS PLAN! (MEALS & WORKOUTS + REST )!
5. WORK OUT IN THE MORNING TWO DAYS PER WEEK!
6. CONTINUE THE COUCH TO 5K PROGRAM!
7. NO FOOD AFTER 9 PM!
8. MAKE TIME FOR MY BUDDIES!
