5 miles RUN = 49 minutes! Someone took a bat & beat my body up

This morning I woke up at 4am and ate my preworkout food of 3 hardboiled eggs and some rice. I went to the gym at 6 and did a bomb work out. I did mainly upper body using a ball and I did all free weights with dumbells and a barbell. I left work and I nearly crawled through my doors. It felt like someone took a big a** bat and beat me up over and over again. I LOVE IT! I know sick right?

It’s a sign of a good work out! Of course I warmed up and cooled down as well as stretched.
This evening I went back to the gym and did 1 minute better then this weekend. I ended up doing 5 miles in 49 minutes minus the warm-up
My body is so worn down, my honey gave me a deep tissue massage. I feel better now.
NOW THE REAL CHALLENGE BEGIN!
I have to stay on course with dinner and not over do it. Not sure what I’m going to eat yet but I’m hungry. I’m also very tired.
I did great all day with food. Drank 3 liters + 1 liter at the gym of water, had tea and coffee. Food wise very clean so far.
I AM PRAYING TO THE FOOD GOD I STAY ON COURSE!
