RE: Blue violets week 8 fitness and nutrition
I\'m no good at this goal posting stuff... but I can tell you what I\'ve done so far today. I got up way too early and walked my dogs, and did 15minutes of my favorite cardio dvd and did 15 minutes on my Gazelle... my meals are totally fixed and planned for today so I\'m right on target. Oh and I already have my clothes layed out for after work to walk the dogs a mile and then do another 20 minutes of cardio. Today\'s not my weight training day so for the challenge I\'ll have to either switch dvd\'s and do my extra or do more of the one I\'m planning on doing... either way I\'m right on track for today.
