Good morning buddies! I probably won't get on much today. I have my five year old grandaughter Natasha for the weekend. She is such a joy to have, but she keeps me on my toes too! LOL

So far it looks like our team name is going to be FAB! I will extend the voting until tonight and then I will post it!


This has been such and added incentive for me to get back on track, being the captain of this team. I am back to journaling my food and keeping on track. So far my scales are moving once again. I can't wait for our first weigh in!
