Joy, it's the ONLY way I can stay motivated. LOL

Day 3: ~ 30 minute walk - start day was my original plan anyways

Day 5: ~ 36 minute walk
Day 6: ~ 30 minute walk
Day 7: ~ 30 minute walk
Day 8: ~ 32 minute walk
