Hi all! I didn't lose this week

Blah, sorry if I was supposed to post that yesterday.
My new favorite "recipe" is the chili I made the other night

It's loaded with fiber, and not bad for you, really! I made a butt load of it. It had:
2 lbs ground turkey
2 cans of corn
3 cans of light red kidney beans
2 cans of dark red kidney beans
2 cans tomato Juice
2 cans diced tomato with chiles
5 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 an onion, chopped
1 garlic clove
Chili powder, garlic salt, and hot pepper to spice it up. The hotter the better; it makes you drink more water! Hubby looooved it.
This was also my first time putting corn in Chili. It was pretty good but might be better if you waited until later (not sure on this). I know after it had cooked a while I tried it to see how hot it was, and the corn was still sweet which tasted really good underneath it all, but later on it lost its sweetness.
I put this into a calorie counter. For 12 servings (which I KNOW it has more than that since I've had 4-5 (large!) bowls and the guys have had the same and there's STILL a lot there) there's only about 300 calories, and lots of fiber-- it DEFINITELY gives your system a good clean out.
