Sorry I have been MIA for a couple days. I went back to work on Monday and I have been going nuts trying to find time to do things.

I too will have to think about the homework assignment. I can't think of anything that I love about myself. That is part of the reason that I am here. I didn't love myself enough to do what was good for me!
I am getting ready to watch the biggest loser tonight, I am excite about it being on again! I love that show!

Well for now I best get going, I have a few things to do before the biggest loser!
