Elimination

The following contestants have been eliminated as of today because they either haven't checked in for 3 days OR I didn't get a starting weight for them by the end of Monday

Homework

This is for next weeks challenge. I need EVERYONE to send me how many modified push ups you can do...and how many man push ups you can do BEFORE Friday. Don't forget to warm up your arms and stretch before you attempt either and leave a gap of time between the modified and man push ups so your arms aren't tired. Below is a link to a demonstration for each one. Be sure you use proper form here! Keep your abs tight, back straight, and don't let your hips sink into the floor. Think about a board strapped to your body from the top of your head to the heels of your feet. Do NOT lower your head to the floor to make it easier No wimping out here ladies!!!!
