My eating sucked today but trying to make up for it as I still have dinner to go through

Vitamin: 0 none at home
Exercise: 1 hr ellipitcal and sex

Pre-workout breakfast: 3/4 med. banana and water 150
Breakfast: 1/2 croissant 60 cal, 1 Krispy Kreme donug 220 calories, 2 fried eggs and rice 400 calories
Snack: 4 refried tofu 150, some chips 30 calories and grapes
Lunch: 1 cup rice and a few bits of salted fish and chicken stew 400 calories
Dinner: 1 cup rice w/ khmer chicken and celery stew 350 calories, 2 bites of rice crispy treats, a few other chocolate snacks.....munching away all before 9pm though.
I think my calorie count is about 1800 to 1900 calories today. Good thing I went to the gym!
