I don't have a lot of time but do want to post my accountability:
Exercise: 2 hr interval training, 300 push-ups, 1 hr yoga
Vitamin: 0
Water: 120 oz
Pre-workout food: banana
Breakfast: rice crispie treats hehe, 1 Krispy Kreme donut,
Lunch: rice w/ chicken stir-fry, spaghettie small serving
Snack: some chips, 1/2 a croissant, 10 ritz, 3 oz boiled purple yam
Dinner: Rice and grilled chicken, more purple yams
