suggestion/tip
Well after joining this group few days back, something interesting is going on. I have started writing blog everyday and writing down what all bad eating I do all day. So now next day when I am doing the same or some other bad eating it reminds me of the blog for some reason ( i guess because I admit my mistakes in blog). In the end I end up not doing the same mistake again. It somehow makes me feel guilty if I do it again. Share your part of stories if any of you experience the same feeling. Start writing blog.
