That question isn\'t easily answered. It depends on how much soda a person was drinking to begin with, and what kind. Some diet sodas have no sodium, so they wouldn\'t make much of a difference. Others have a lot and would. And if that person were already drinking a lot of water, cutting the sodas might not make much difference.
I have a sister that lost a lot of weight several years ago. Her main diet? Diet Dr. Pepper and Reeses Peanut Butter Cups. Go figure! I look at a peanut butter cup and gain 5 lbs!!
