1. 15 minutes yoga exercises with balance ball, coaching + setting to the hitters for 30 minutes
2: coaching at game, warming girls up: 20 minutes.
3: swimming 45 minutes
4: swimming 45 minutes
5: none today
6: away game tonight so I won't be home till late. exercise warming the girls up before the game, but not much
7. volleyball practice: active coaching - setting to the hitters--30 minutes
8. volleyball practice: active coaching- setting to the hitters--30 minutes, 20 minutes blocking drill
9. away volleyball game...late night
10. volleyball practice
11. volleyball game
12. catch up on housework....I'll count that as my exercise
13. last away game before playoffs......counting down the days till I'm done, I sound like a bad coach, but I'm so ready to be done!
14. volleyball practice
15. early morning (6am) practice today...argh!
