I tried doing something I used to do when I walked last night. Well, while walking you suck your stomach in as tightly as you can stand it and walk to like the next mailbox or, tree, and you do it about 3 times a walk until you can add more. It tones your stomach. Man, I could hardly hold my balance tho hahaha. My stomach is weak! I used to do this all the time and it really does help your posture and stomach area.
