Way to go Black Team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My goals for the week are:
1) Get back down to Friday's weight (I've already gained 3 pounds)
2) Work out my abs - every day!
3) Continue the momentum at the gym
4) If I cannot get to the gym every day, go for a jog instead (My dog will love it)
I need to really watch my eating this week. I had way too much fun on my scrapbook retreat - drinking, eating, even scrapbooking. Have a good week everyone!
