My goals for this week are:

Hike/jog every day.
Get in 3 cardio workouts at the gym.
DRINK MORE WATER!
Quit nighttime eating.
Check in at this forum every day (I missed a lot of information last week)
Write every day what I accomplished and what I did not
Communicate with buddies EVERY day.
Stay focused.
Live each day in gratitude!
