OOPS
Got my days a little mixed up and forgot about Friday
LOL

1. 4 miles with Leslie - 42 mins., 60 min. casual walk with the kiddos, 10 min. intense cardio, 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD with 8 lb weights, 60 min. evening walk
2. 4 miles with Leslie - intervals 50 mins., 35 min. walk, 40 min. Fat to Firm DVD
3. 4 miles with Leslie, 45 mins., another 40 mins with Leslie, Shred level 3 20 mins.
4. Break day
5. 65 min. walk
