Re: FITNESS FANATICS#32 ..get slim and trim for the Holidays..
Ok I gained 3 lbs. this past week and I'm pissed! Enough is enough and I'm tired of making excuses.
My goals for this week are:
1. Workout every day that I can and don't beat myself up if life gets in the way.
2. Eat more ssssllllllllooooooowwwwwlllllllyyyyyy. Stop inhaling my food like I haven't had a meal in 60 days.
3. Chart every bite of food that goes in my mouth even if it's bad.
4. Keep calories around 1500 a day.
5. Drink 48-64 oz. of water a day.
6. Stay focused on my mini goal.
7. Stop making excuses and try harder.
