Hope everyone had a great week! Last week I had a bit of a problem getting to workout. I want to REALLY try to incorporate it EVERYDAY this week!

Weekly goals:
*Work out EVERY day!
*Follow the my rules (140oz H20, 6 sm. meals, no eating past 7, eat healthy; no fried, no fast food, no high in fat, no soda, no sweetner or any kind, lots of veg/fruit and protein!)
*Stay focused on goals!
*Be a good buddy![/
