"We weighed out on our weight loss challenge at work today. I tied for first place with twelve pounds lost over all. Then I went to the doctor this afternoon and weighed 216 on his scales. the ones I normally weigh on weigh a bit heavy. Especially since I lost 3.5 pounds in just a few hours. that would be nice.
