Debbie, nice walk with a newborn.
1. Weight lifting with the trainer - 1 hour. 10 minutes on an elliptical machine. 1 hour on the recumbent bike. 22 miles.
2. 30 minutes on the recumbent bike -11 miles. Leg routine and abs - 30 minutes.
3. Weight lifting with the trainer -1 hour. Biking 1 hour - 21 miles. Walking (!!!!!!!!!!!!) 20 minutes because I am now allowed to walk but sloooooowwwwwlllyyy and I am very happy.
