Hi ladies!
Addendum to my workout today:
1. 1hr Kickboxing, 1 hr Pilates/Ballet fusion
2. 1hr Lift class (weights),20 min. weight room, and 1 hr spin AND 100 PUSH-UPS, NOT THE GIRLY ONES BUT THE UMPHHHH, TRICEP AND CHEST PUSH-UPS. Gotta say I set a goal for 45 but did 100. I didn't think I had it in me but I did it. hehehe.
