And you know that cardio your doing in the morning is really going to give your metabolism a boost to last through out the day so that is wonderful. Now the water thing can be hard but you really do need because it helps you have good workouts. Honestly, you will be peeing alot but work with it. And I read that if you put your water in a pretty glass, that it can make it more inviting. Play with your brain.
