I'm back. I missed you all last month. My back is almost better but still not 100%. Also volleyball has taken up so much time that when I get home from school/practice I don't get on the computer. So, I'm trying to get myself back in gear.
1. 15 minutes yoga exercises with balance ball, coaching + setting to the hitters for 30 minutes
