I am trying to rekindle my love affair with exercise, so this is good way to keep at it. My goal is to exercise 5 days out of 7 for at least 30 minutes each time!

I'm going to ROCK October!!

Ok...let's see October goal---Exercise 23 days for at least 30 minutes each time!!

Today is house cleaning and laundry day, so no time for exercise---Wednesdays are my days OFF!!
