I didn't believe the scale either. I even had my son weigh himself so I could make sure it was accurate. I truly think because TOM was visiting last week and then I drank 2 shakes and 1 meal each day all week is what contributed to my large weight loss. I also walked 3 miles a day. We will see what happens at the next weigh in. It definitely motivates me though.
