My pledge for the week:
To do a hill walk on the treadmill everyday for 30 min
Eat more fruit (Good Carbs) less bad carbs
Drink my 10+ glasses of H2O per day.
get the right amount of sleep
Do my pilates every other day
And beat the BLUES!!
