You are still a beautiful, and young woman. You have your whole life ahead of you. With the diet just go one day at a time. I used to live in Texas and the heat there sometimes made me feel like not eating. It is almost like the heat suppressed my apetite...and that is a hard thing to do. I don't know if it bothers you that way?
