Hello everyone! My internet was down allllllllll day long. I'm so tired of my ISP! So anyway, I've got family from N.O. down for the weekend. Three birthday parties, four if I were having one - which I'm not, and all the food that goes along with said parties. Eeeeek! I've got to put the concentration and "willpower" on overload the next few days. I did take the kids to the pizza place today where they have all the games and go karts. We had a blast and I did not overdo it. I ate cereal for supper to help with the calories consumption. I really hope I lose at least one pound this week. It's been a really good week for me but TOM just arrived at the wrong time. I've got to keep it under control this weekend or I'll be back up a few pounds by Monday and I do NOT want that to happen. My husband and I are going to Houston Wednesday for a night or two and I want to be down a few more pounds from where I am now. That should bring me back to where I was a month ago - sigh. So I absolutely have to resist this weekend.
I hope your back is better soon Cora. Take care of yourself and don't push too hard and injure yourself further.
Nancy, I think staying away from the scale is a good idea. It will make you focus on your mind and body and you should achieve a great connection between the two without the distraction of a number. I'm sure you will get out of that plateau very soon. You are kickin butt!
