Weekly Goals:

#1 Think ONLY POSITIVE! And BE POSITIVE!
#2 Increase H2O intake, less diet drinks
#3 Cardio 5 days a week (2-4 miles each time)
#4 Strength training/weight lifting 3 days a week
#5 Follow WW pts. plan
