Hey everyone. I know I just joined the team last week and I feel like a bad teammate already. I must admit that I have not been doing so well with my eating.
With all the work on the house, I barely have time to eat and when I do, it isn't very good. It is grab something and go. It is a hectic time and I haven't been exercising either.
