Well Tea I am going back to PHASE I beginning today! Without my exercise I just feel like a swollen pig...sorry I know I shouldn't use that word here but that's how I feel! I am a little bummed today ....took the girls to Physical Therapy and different stuff anyway TEA you should only stay 2 weeks because the book says that's how we get off track. Add a little piece of fruit if you like but go on to Phase II eat less and more of Phase I. All the best to you and isn't SOUTHBEACH the best thanks to my buddy TASHA for hooking me up loll ol
