Hope the weekend treated everyone well!
I finished 2 weeks on phase one as of today!
yay!
I think i'll stay on it a bit longer, maybe just a few more days, i'm not sure. But i like all the food on phase one and haven't had any cravings.
How long have you guys been staying on phase 1 typically?
