I need some goals this week, too, in the midst of the moving chaos. It's this Saturday that we move.
1. don't stress too much. it will get done if i do the work!
2. check myself on the tv/eats habit. i'm going to choose 3 nights this week for that to be ok and the rest not. (doens't sound like much but i found that this kind of small step helps me actually do it)
3. get to yoga once this week and practice twice at home since i won't be able to go to my sat and sun classes.
4. say thanks to all of you for doing such a great job and getting that trophy back - it's been awhile i missed it!
in about 10 weeks i'll start helping us keep it (hopefully)
hey, do you think having the baby can count as my first weigh in??? that would rock!!!
