Hello Wild Cats!! After battling with TOM this week I was still able to pull off a 1 lb weight loss. With only 1 more pound to go until I reach my first mini goal here is my plan.....
1. Stay within my WW point range
2. Water, water, water
3. Take my multi vitamin everyday
4. 60 minutes of exercise 6 days a week
5. Support, motivate, and cheer on my wild cat teammates.
6. Be proud of myself!!!
