Now that I know that the scale is moving it makes me want to move and eat right even more then before! My new goals for the week
1.Eat high protien- keeps the muchies away!!
2.Drink water- Flushes fat away....
3.Exersize everyday-Builds muscle and looses fat!
4.Cheer my Diamonds on-Never know just how much it means!!!
